When the die-casting sample is tested, its mechanical properties should comply with the provisions of GB/T15115
When the die-casting body test is used, the mechanical properties of the cut degree sample at the specified part shall not be less than 75% of the single cast sample
3. Die casting size:
The geometrical beginning and dimensions of the die casting shall conform to the requirements of the casting drawing
The dimensional tolerance of die casting shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6414, and the special provisions and requirements shall be indicated on the drawing
When the visible position tolerance of die casting parts is required, the marking shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB1182
The die castings have dimensional tolerances excluding the cast slope, and the surface is not machined: the containment surface is based on the small end
Die-casting parts need to be machined, its processing allowance according to the provisions of GB/T11350, if there are special rules and requirements, the additional workload according to the drawing indicated
4. Surface quality technology
The roughness of the casting surface shall comply with the provisions of GB6060.1
The casting is not allowed to have cracks, undercast, loose, soaked and any penetrating defects.
Abrasions, missing flesh and mesh burr isosceles triangle defects are not allowed, but the degree and number of defects should be consistent with the standards agreed by both parties
Castings gate, flash, overflow, septal, top bar marks isosceles triangle should be cleaned, but promised to leave traces.
If the drawing is not specifically specified, the setting of the die casting process, such as the position of the ejector rod, the position of the parting line, the position of the gate and the overflow port, shall be specified by the manufacturer; Otherwise, as indicated in the drawing or agreed by both parties
Die casting requires special processing of the surface, such as polishing, shot peening, chrome plating, coating, anodizing, chemical oxidation, etc. agreed by the supply and demand sides.
5. Internal quality technical requirements
If the die casting can meet its use requirements, the essential defects of the die casting are not considered as a basis for invalidation.
The pressure tightness, hydraulic sealing, heat treatment, high temperature coating, internal defects (porosity, porosity, cold isolation, inclusions) and the items listed at the end of this standard can be agreed by the supply and demand parties
Under the condition that the use of die casting is not affected, the supplier can impregnate and repair the die casting (such as welding repair, deformation correction, etc.) with the consent of the demander
Other casting technical requirements
1. Carbon cast steel shall comply with the provisions of GB5678-85; Alloy cast steel shall comply with JB/ZQ4297-86, heat-resistant cast steel shall comply with JB/ZQ4298; Stainless steel shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4299 and JB/ZQ6009-84.
2. Gray cast iron shall comply with the provisions of GB5675-85; Ductile iron should comply with the provisions of JB/ ZQ432-86, heat-resistant iron should comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4303-86; Wear-resistant cast iron shall comply with JB/ZQ4303-86.
3. Casting size tolerance grade is divided into 16 levels, see 1-175 casting size tolerance.plb, single piece small batch production generally according to 1-176 small batch single blank size tolerance.plb selection. The tolerance zone should be symmetrical to the basic size configuration of the blank casting, that is, half of the tolerance is located on the positive side and the other half is located on the negative side. If there are special requirements, the tolerance zone can also be asymmetrically configured, but it should be marked on the drawing.
4. The inner and outer corner tolerances of the casting are 1-175 casting size tolerances. The tolerance value in the plb is used as the upper limit, so that the lower limit is zero; The wall thickness tolerance is one level lower than the general tolerance of other dimensions. If the general tolerance is CT10, the wall thickness tolerance is CT11. Special tolerances should be marked directly behind the basic dimensions of the blank, such as 95±1.1. Tolerances for special requirements are higher or lower than for general tolerances. Under normal circumstances, it cannot be lower than the size tolerance of 1-176 small batches of single blanks. The tolerance grade range specified by plb, when the required tolerance exceeds the range specified by the library, it is selected from the size tolerance of 1-175 castings.plb after consultation with relevant parties.
